Sweet Matcha Green Tea Blend offers a unique, rich, vegetal flavor with a lingering sweet aftertaste. It is derived from premium Japanese green tea leaves that have been ground into a fine powder. Green tea and matcha come from the same plant, but matcha’s bolder flavor develops from the growing, harvesting and preparation techniques. Matcha is shade-grown for darker leaves, then plucked, dried, and ground into a powder rather than prepared from dried leaves. Certified organic.

Brewing Instructions:
Sift 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into bowl. Add 2 ounces of nearly boiling water while whisking in a W-shape pattern until a fine froth appears.
