Refund policy

There are no refunds on food unless there is a problem with the food that the customer has contacted us with in advance. If you find there is a serious problem with your order, please call 857-222-2620 and let us know about the problem. We will discuss it with you and figure out a fair solution (replacement or refund).

All non-food items can be returned within 14 days, with receipt, and in an unused condition.
