All Purpose Flour
We are not talking about grocery store flour here. This is stone ground flour that has not been stripped of its vitamins and minerals, protein (12.2% protein) and zinc, just so that it can live on a grocery store shelf for a lot longer. This is the way flour was sold many moons ago and still should be. It's ground in Massachusetts at Ground Up and grown in Oechsner Farm (NY) & Buck Farm (ME).

All purpose flour made from a bolted blend of hard and soft wheat. A perfect blend of sifted bread and pastry flour.
Perfect for all-purpose baking. This wheat is not certified organic but the farmers do not use synthetic fertilizers and do not use pesticides. Some use fungicides when needed but spray before the seed heads out. When the grains and flour have been tested, no detection of residuals from 300 commonly used pesticides have shown up.
Ground Up is a woman owned business in Holyoke, MA and the wheat is grown in ME and upper state NY.
