The more ethical version of our no salt cashews. These are fair trade, taking into account the women, often times working with their children at their side, cracking the shell of the poisonous cashew plant (it's in the poison ivy family). These poisonous dust particles are inhaled by all in the vicinity and scar lungs as well as causing skin irritation. With fair trade practices, precautions are taken to protect all involved.

Light, dry roasting brings out the buttery flavor of cashews which are heart healthy alone or with other nut varieties.
