Organic Jade Pearl Rice

Sushi-style, pearled rice is infused with wild-crafted bamboo extract, which is a rich source of chlorophyll. It is grown on family farms in northeast China’s ‘organic’ belt using small-batch artisanal methods. These farming methods eliminate synthetic fertilizers and pesticides from the environment and help preserve the region’s fertile soils. When cooked, Jade Pearl Rice produces the aroma of a bamboo forest, a light vanilla taste and a perfectly sticky yet fluffy texture... and don't forget that beautiful green hue.....

Ingredients: organic rice (China), wildcrafted bamboo extract (California)

Cooking Instructions
Do not rinse. Combine 1 1/2 cups water with 1 cup rice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover,  reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and keep covered for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve.
