Chai tea reminds me of cozy winters but it's also good iced and did you know it's often used as an anti-inflammatory? Our new chai is from local business Madhrasi (woman owned, BIPOC business)! This is the real stuff people!

Madhrasi loose leaf tea is crafted by a South Indian chef right here in Boston. She makes it exactly the way she had it growing up in India, with assam black tea, ginger and fresh ground whole spices. Now you can make an authentic Indian chai in mere minutes! Once you savor madhrasi chai mix, there’s no turning back – it outshines any other options in the market. 

Ingredients: Assam Black Tea, Ginger, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove

Brew Instructions (seriously, follow the instructions):

  • Boil 1 cup water + 1 cup milk (or alternative) + sweetener(1 tbsp, optional)
  • Once the water comes to boil, add 3 tsp chai mix (for dairy milk) or 1.5 tsp (vegan milk)
  • Bring the mix to a rolling boil for 3 mins
  • Strain & enjoy!
