This wonderfully versatile pasta known as ‘Casarecce‘ meaning home-style or homemade, has it’s origins in Sicily and is very popular around southern Italy.

Made locally by Seven Hills Pasta Company in Boston, MA.

Seven Hills Pasta Co. specializes in the crafting of slow dried and bronze extruded pasta. Our custom bronze dies impart a rustic texture to the pasta which allows it to absorb your delicious sauces more readily, while a 24 hour slow drying cycle makes sure your pasta is always "al dente." Buon appetito!

Boil 1# of pasta in 1 gallon of boiling water for 6-8 minutes, then drain. Should be slightly undercooked (al dente).
