Cooking Instructions
Combine 2 cups water or broth with 2 cup rice in a medium saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stir, reduce heat, and cover. Let simmer 30 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed. Remove from heat and keep covered for 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork and serving.
