Whole Wheat Flour (no pesticides used)
We are not talking about grocery store flour here. This is finely stone ground flour that has not been stripped of its vitamins and minerals, protein (15% protein) and zinc, just so that it can live on a grocery store shelf for a lot longer. This is the way flour was sold many moons ago and still should be. It's ground in Massachusetts at Ground Up and grown at Buck Farm (ME).
