Organic Forbidden Black Rice

Cooking Instructions
Combine 3/4 cup water with 1 cup rice and a pinch of salt. Bring to a high heat. Cover,  reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and keep covered for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve.
