This Italian Couscous, also called Fregola Azuroni pasta, is crafted with ultra-unifine durum semolina flour in order to infuse each shell with wholegrain goodness. 

By using ultra-unifine flour, it's is a highly elastic flour without sharp bits of bran to puncture the dough. This means pasta is more tender and delicious while still having the nutrition of whole grain. Under the careful hands of pasta artisans, the flour comes to life as a delicious, tender meal staple.

Ingredients: organic durum semolina wheat, water. Contains wheat.

Cooking Instructions: Bring 4-5 quarts of cold water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Cook Pasta for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste until preferred level of al dente texture is reached. Drain pasta.
