This Italian Couscous, also called Fregola Azuroni pasta, is crafted with ultra-unifine durum semolina flour in order to infuse each shell with wholegrain goodness.
By using ultra-unifine flour, it's is a highly elastic flour without sharp bits of bran to puncture the dough. Ingredients: organic durum semolina wheat, water. Contains wheat.
Cooking Instructions: Bring 4-5 quarts of cold water to a boil. Add salt if desired. Cook Pasta for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste until preferred level of al dente texture is reached. Drain pasta.
